FAQ

A validated sale means an order delivered to the customer, not returned and not cancelled. In BusinessLeague, you pay affiliate commissions only after YOU validate the order - i.e. after you confirm the product was delivered successfully and the customer kept it. Unlike other platforms that count "placed orders", we only count actually completed sales.

Non-brand traffic means traffic that does NOT come from PPC bidding on your brand name or its derivatives. Promotion is done on generic terms, categories or relevant intents, without bidding on your brand.

Technical setup is free and usually takes 1-3 working days. The process consists of: implementing the tracking code on your site, configuring the product feed, and setting affiliate programme parameters (commission, validation rules). The BusinessLeague team guides you step by step and offers constant support.

Commission depends on your product category and profit margin. On average, BusinessLeague merchants offer 5-15% commission to affiliates. On top of this, a network commission of up to 8% is added (varies by category). You can analyse competitor commissions in your category directly in the dashboard to set a competitive level. Commission can be adjusted anytime.

There is no minimum contract period. You can stop the affiliate programme whenever you want, without penalties. You pay only commissions for validated sales - no fixed monthly fees, hidden costs, or long-term obligations. It's a fully flexible model, based exclusively on results.

You decide how involved you want to be. BusinessLeague offers a dashboard with direct chat between store and affiliates, automatic or manual approval system, and real-time notifications. The BusinessLeague team offers constant support for programme optimisation, educational webinars, and can mediate when needed. Many merchants work with Affiliate Managers from the platform who manage relationships for a small commission.
